Our promise to You!

Alan T - When I first discovered that I wanted to become a magician, like most people, I read books, bought magic videos at conventions, and bought any trick I liked the sound of that promised great things. At the time, shopping online was not acceptable (or particularly safe as credit / debit cards were more susceptible to fraud) so the normal method was through the post.
One trick I liked the sound of ( I'm not going to name it as it is still in production!) promised to make any small object disappear: rings, spoons, coins, pens, watches, all gone instantly, and all with my sleeves rolled up! I sent off my money and waited patiently for it to arrive....
When it finally arrived I was gutted. In magician's terms I had purchased a 'pull', which in the right hands, is a remarkable way of making things vanish, but what upset me the most was the strikingly poor quality of the prop. The 'crocodile clip', although strong, was strikingly out of alignment, resulting in a very jagged edge. When performing the trick this edge would be flying past your wrist at a fairly high speed, and occasionally, from the pain I received, I believed that I had just slit my palm or wrist!
As a result, this version of the trick never made it into the act, and it lived in one of those boxes / draws of magic that never see the light of day. I vowed to myself that if I ever started selling magic, I would do everything in my power for my customers to not feel the way I did upon opening that new parcel of magic.
Needless to say, when we started Red Dragon Magic, my magical colleagues had heard this rant many times, and were happy for our core aims to be the exact opposite of my experience.
So our promise to you:
We don't sell mediocre tricks - We are professional magicians, and we perform the tricks we sell. If its not good enough to go into our performances, we don't sell it - it's a simple as that!
We give you enough information to make an informed decision - Yes we want to sell you tricks, but we want you to be happy with your purchases. We'll do our best to give you as much information as possible. From accurate descriptions, to videos of the basic performances. We'll show you the trick to our best abilities so you can make an accurate decision to purchase.
After sales service - Still having trouble with the handling, or performance? - We pride ourselves on our customer service, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're still having trouble: get in touch via our website, email or our social media. We'll work with you to troubleshoot any problems you might have. (In the past we've even spoke 1 to 1 online to provide a tutorial of the handling)
That's our promise to you!
