Shipping policy

Postage/shipping charges are calculated by weight at the checkout. We offer a flat rate for shipping to anywhere in the UK. 

All products sold by Red Dragon Magic outside the UK are sold on a delivery and duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to, or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery.

You will receive an order acknowledgement telling you when your goods are processed and when they have been shipped. Items that are in stock are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days. From the moment of dispatch good usually arrive in the following times:

UK Mainland: 1-3 working days
Offshore UK / Europe - 3-5 working days
World wide - 5-7 working days
