Refund policy

At Red Dragon Magic we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us, but as we are in the business of selling secrets, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our Returns / Refund Policy should you wish to return an item. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You can always contact us for any return question at support@reddragonmagic.co.uk

Reasons for Return 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please follow the instructions below depending on the reason for the return. 

Returning Item (Not Faulty & Unopened) Should you receive your item and you simply don't like it, or ordered it by mistake please notify us within 14 days at support@reddragonmagic.co.uk. We will then authorize your return. Please note: the item should be returned to us in the condition it arrived i.e. in original unopened packaging and unused.  Please be sure to follow any return instructions exactly before sending the item for return. Once received and the item has been checked as sellable, a full refund will be issued and we will notify you to confirm this has happened. If the item is lost when you send it back to us we will not be able to issue the refund. As a result of this please obtain proof of postage / returned via a traceable postal service. 

Returning Item (Not Faulty & Opened) In order to discourage customers from purchasing products just to find out the secret and then returning them, refunds for unwanted returns such as this will be made in store credit equivalent to 50% of the value of the order, minus the cost of shipping. 

Received Item (Faulty)  Should you receive an item and it is faulty, please message us within 14 days of delivery at support@reddragonmagic.co.uk. In the message please include a description of the damage, and photographic evidence of the damage.  Once this message is received it will be referred to our customer service team and dealt with accordingly. If there is a part that can be replaced on the item then we will send this out, if this is not possible a complete replacement item will be sent out.  In either case, there should be no need to return the faulty item or part. However, if we do require the item back we will let you know and organize the return postage. We will not issue a refund if an item is faulty; we will repair or replace on every occasion.  

Received Wrong Order:  In the extremely rare circumstances you receive the wrong item, please firstly accept our sincere apologies. We would then ask that you message us at support@reddragonmagic.co.uk. If required, we will then authorize a return of the wrong item. Once the incorrect item has been dispatched and received we will organize for the correct item to be dispatched as a priority.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund / store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, or store credit will be issued. If refunded, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Downloads and streaming services are exempt from the Returns / Refunds policy. Please make absolutely sure you want the item before purchasing. Commencing downloads or streaming services will be taken as acknowledgment of this.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom made products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
