All material on this site, including text, images, illustrations, video, audio and promotions are protected by copyrights which are owned and controlled by Red Dragon Magic, affiliated entities or third parties. All rights are reserved. You may print off a single copy of any page(s) from our site for your own personal reference, and you may draw the attention of other potential customers to material posted on our site. You must not modify physical / digital copies in any way, and any text, images, illustrations, videos, audio, must be presented as seen on our website. Red Dragon Magic (and any other identified contributors) must be identified as the author of the materials on our site.
The trademarks, logos and service marks (together referred to as 'Trademarks') on this site are registered and unregistered trademarks of Red Dragon Magic, its affiliates and others. Nothing in this site grants to you any license, or right to use any Trademark displayed on this site, without the express written permission of the owner of the Trademark. Every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing, and that all goods have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods, or their prices, as advertised on this website.

The material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we, and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:

7) Permitted Uses
You may not make our products / content / downloads, or any other services purchased from us, available to other users in any form. This includes online and physical reproductions. You are not to copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify or create derivative works of purchased content in any way. You may view downloaded content for personal use only on up to 3 devices associated with your account for your own personal use, and from only 1 device at any one time. This policy may be changed at any time and without notice to you. We may use technologies to monitor your compliance.
8) Viruses, Hacking & other Offences
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. 10) Payment
We accept secure online payments including Credit Card and Debit Card through the Shopify system. All sensitive payment information will be processed through Shopify's secure servers. Red Dragon Magic will not have access to any of this information.
11) Postage / Shipping
Postage/shipping charges are calculated by weight at the checkout. We offer free shipping to anywhere on mainland UK.
All products sold by Red Dragon Magic outside the UK are sold on a delivery and duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to, or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery.
12) Cancellation Rights
You will receive an order acknowledgement telling you when your goods are processed and when they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel the order, please let us know by email, within 14 calendar days of placing the order by emailing: support@reddragonmagic.co.uk. Items that are in stock are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days. From the moment of dispatch good usually arrive in the following times:
UK Mainland: 1-3 working days
Offshore UK / Europe - 3-5 working days
World wide - 5-7 working days
If for any reason we have been unable to deliver your goods within 30 days or to agree a mutually satisfactory forward delivery date, you have the right to cancel your order. All items are subject to availability. If the price of the goods increases between the date we accept your order and the delivery date, we will let you know and ask you to confirm by e-mail that the new price is acceptable. If it is not acceptable, then you have the right to cancel your order.
Downloads and streaming services are exempt from the 14 day right to cancel. Commencing downloads or streaming services will be taken as acknowledgment of this.
13) Returns / Refund Policy
At Red Dragon Magic we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us, but as we are in the business of selling secrets, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our Returns / Refund Policy should you wish to return an item.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You can always contact us for any return question at support@reddragonmagic.co.uk
Reasons for Return
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please follow the instructions below depending on the reason for the return.
Returning Item (Not Faulty & Unopened) Should you receive your item and you simply don't like it, or ordered it by mistake please notify us within 14 days at support@reddragonmagic.co.uk. We will then authorize your return. Please note: the item should be returned to us in the condition it arrived i.e. in original unopened packaging and unused. Please be sure to follow any return instructions exactly before sending the item for return. Once received and the item has been checked as sellable, a full refund will be issued and we will notify you to confirm this has happened. If the item is lost when you send it back to us we will not be able to issue the refund. As a result of this please obtain proof of postage / returned via a traceable postal service.
Returning Item (Not Faulty & Opened) In order to discourage customers from purchasing products just to find out the secret and then returning them, refunds for unwanted returns such as this will be made in store credit equivalent to 50% of the value of the order, minus the cost of shipping.
Received Item (Faulty) Should you receive an item and it is faulty, please message us within 14 days of delivery at support@reddragonmagic.co.uk. In the message please include a description of the damage, and photographic evidence of the damage. Once this message is received it will be referred to our customer service team and dealt with accordingly. If there is a part that can be replaced on the item then we will send this out, if this is not possible a complete replacement item will be sent out. In either case, there should be no need to return the faulty item or part. However, if we do require the item back we will let you know and organize the return postage. We will not issue a refund if an item is faulty; we will repair or replace on every occasion.
Received Wrong Order: In the extremely rare circumstances you receive the wrong item, please firstly accept our sincere apologies. We would then ask that you message us at support@reddragonmagic.co.uk. If required, we will then authorize a return of the wrong item. Once the incorrect item has been dispatched and received we will organize for the correct item to be dispatched as a priority.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund / store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, or store credit will be issued. If refunded, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Downloads and streaming services are exempt from the Returns / Refunds policy. Please make absolutely sure you want the item before purchasing. Commencing downloads or streaming services will be taken as acknowledgment of this.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom made products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
14) Material Breach of these Terms & Conditions
The following actions shall constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
- Using our goods / products / services for any purpose in violation of local, state, national or international laws or regulations.
- Copying, saving, distributing, preparing derivative works or publicly displaying text, images, illustrations, video, audio and promotions from this site which infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Allowing any other person or entity to use your log in or password to access content purchased by you.
15) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us, our officers, directors, shareholders, employees, consultants, agents, licensors, and suppliers harmless from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities and settlements, including, without limitations, lawyers / solicitor’s fees and costs, resulting from or allege to result from, your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
16) Complete Agreement
These Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between Red Dragon Magic and yourself with respect to the use of goods and services purchased from Red Dragon Magic.
