A great small prop that's very easy to perform and gets a great reaction.
Concept
A spectator picks a card from a deck and places it face up on the table. (For example the 5 of clubs) You then show a prediction envelope with a card inside. It is revealed to be one less than the card picked by the spectator. Once the mistake has been noticed, draw attention that your prediction appears to be missing just one club. Tip the prediction envelope onto the table to reveal a miniature golf club; the missing club!
